All jewelry is handmade and guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials.
I want you to love your purchase. In the unlikely event that your purchase does not meet expectations it may be returned within 10 business days for a refund or exchange. Returns must be in their original condition with all tags still attached. The purchase price minus any shipping charges will be credited to the original form of payment.
Custom items are not returnable.
natural materials
All piece are hand made to order with natural materials. Because each pearl and semi-precious stone is unique, your jewelry may look slightly different than what is show in the photos. I strive to have consistency with my styles, but I acknowledge that slight variations in color and shape are part of each piece's character.
Leather suppleness will improve with wear. I have found that wearing jewelry in the shower a few times and then letting it dry on your body is a simple, easy way to soften the leather. I've tried to replicate the same results by wetting a piece of jewelry in the sink and letting it dry on the counter, but have found the shower method is the easiest and best way to "break in" a new piece.

custom orders
Necklaces are available in custom lengths and with extension chains upon request. Leather cord is available in light brown, medium brown, dark chocolate brown, and black. Microfiber suede is available in neutral and seasonal colors. Pearls are often available in colors other than white. Please contact us for current availability
ORDERING + DELIVERY
Free shipping is available on orders over $99. There is a $5 flat rate shipping and handling fee for all orders less than $99 regardless of the number of pieces purchased. All packages are sent through USPS with tracking unless otherwise requested. Customers may chose to ship through FedEx or UPS for an additional cost.
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. I will contact you if I am unable to meet this timetable.
